Refund policy

• Returns at delivery: You can inspect your order in front of the courier before paying. If it’s not what you expected, you can return it to the courier on the spot and only pay the delivery fee.
• Exchange within 3 days: You can exchange any item within 3 days of receiving it, as long as it’s unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging.
• Items that are worn, used, washed, or damaged cannot be exchanged.
• Wrong or defective item? Contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll exchange it for free.
• To request an exchange, message us on Instagram or Facebook with your order number.
